Academic qualifications are essential to work with Stark Real Estate as a Sales Executive as you must hold at least a "Certificate of Registration", if you do not hold one then you must have the ability to be able to acquire one.

You must also be ambitious, a self starter, motivated and disciplined person. Those who concentrate on outstanding customer service and can create customer loyalty which in turn gets them a constant referral of friends and clients. What Will Be Expected Of You When You Start?
You will be required to get listings (properties to sell), so their will be canvassing for potential vendors. You will be "showing" buyers current listings (properties for sale), you will be expected to learn and understanding pricing in the area, zonings, local industries and builders etc.

What Do I Have To Provide?
You need to provide two things besides yourself:
(1) A comfortable and presentable 4 door car
(2) A mobile phone

How Am I Paid?
You are paid by salary plus commission. The more you sell the greater commission you can achieve. Commission is paid on every sale made after settlement. You will achieve a 30% commission on the commission payable to Stark Real Estate less GST. You are paid once the transaction settles and payment has been received by us, so when we get paid, so do you.

Do I Earn Income Immediately?
Yes - you get your weekly salary.

What Level Of Income Should I Expect To Be Able To Achieve?
We expect our sales executives to make a minimum of approximately $50,000 in the first year and improve steadily from there. We set standards of performance that say if you don't achieve these figures, then the profession is not for you. It costs our company approximately $30,000 p.a, just to provide the desk for the sales executive.
